Module one: Introduction : The differences between coaching, mentoring, counselling and therapy. What underpins the purpose and effectiveness of coaching and examples of core coaching competencies. How to BE a great coach and how to establish rapid rapport by reading physiology. Reading 'types'.
Module two: Life coaching : Life coaching others and developing your own strong internal drivers and exploring boundaries. Techniques enabling you to quickly get to the source of your clients challenges and blocks including the GROW method of coaching. Create an extensive coaching ‘tool kit' including questionnaires, proformas, develop strategies and linear thinking – what's outside the box?
Module three : Coaching in Action. Learn how to get clarity and commitment to the stated goal. Understand how you can successfully coach in ANY sector. Learn the different cycles of the coaching process and how you can apply them to keep your coachees in action, learning and enjoying the coaching process and most importantly creating great results in their lives. Plan, do, review.

Module four : Facilitation and group coaching . How to build and guide teams, establishing joint purpose using flexible techniques and key transactional questioning. Use of NLP in coaching such as reframing, predicates, instant rapport building, audio, visual, kinaesthetic, gustatory, olfactory ways of communication and more. Develop your personal and professional image.
Module five : Transformational coaching . Gives you even more in depth tools and techniques including trance work to take you to an even higher level, eliminating your own doubt and any negative beliefs so you can be more powerful and successful in your life and career. We explore the power of the unconscious mind to get huge internal shifts and external behaviour transformation and in the process you will gain massive interpersonal skills and confidence in yourself and your ability to coach others.
Module six : Business module. How to develop your own successful practice, how to get paying clients and how to approach companies and individuals to create more business. Conscious mind is the goal setter, unconscious is the goal getter. For this last module we help you establish your action plan containing all essential steps for you to get started in your practice including the SWOT method.

What the teaching encompasses:
The 6 classroom days will be a combination of group experiential learning, traditional classroom, i.e. power point display, whiteboard, flip charts and workbooks, videos, coaching practice, pair and group work, presentations and CD's.
What other programmes offer:
Recently one of my colleagues did a 2 day Life Coaching (only) workshop which not only cost £800 but could only be done after doing an NLP course costing £2,500. The comment of the delegate we spoke to said she thought it was rather ‘light on content'.
Another life coaching course that I'm aware of is available for £1250 but its distant learning only. No hands on or face to face involved. I feel that would be difficult to come out of this confident to coach, as coaching is such a person centred profession.
I also know of an Executive coaching workshop in London that incredibly cost over £10,000 to do.
These courses were only focused on one type of coaching, not even touching all the other kinds of coaching that you could do and will do with us. Giving extraordinary value is very important to us all as a team.

Our Coaching Professionals (the team)
Deborah Kerslake PH.D , has been a professional facilitator and lecturer in the human potential field for 17 years. She is passionate about helping people grow and become happier whilst realising their huge potential. After opting out of the corporate world in the late 80's, Deborah did 3 years study at Parapsychology school, she went onto do 3 years of complimentary medicine. A few years later she completed her post graduate work in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy (including NLP) and has an honorary Ph.D in Homoeobotany. She has a proven track record in motivating and inspiring people to achieve their dreams becoming more balanced and successful through coaching and training programmes.
Carol Fogarty became a professional coach and facilitator with organisations and individuals after a 12 year career in Sales and Marketing in the fast moving consumer goods industry. She has extensive experience in developing teams and individuals which led to an interest in the dynamics surrounding motivation, commitment and performance in successful people. As a coach her aim for the client is to achieve a balanced personal and professional life, tailored to their desires and core values. Carol is a Certified NLP Practitioner and NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist and Time-Line Therapist and is currently completing a B.Sc in Psychology, equipping her with a variety of skills and techniques to share.
Ann-Marie O'Donnell has been coaching Executives for the last 7 years. Her own personal experience and participation in Leadership Development Programmes was the catalyst to propel her into this hugely exciting and rewarding arena. Previously she worked in recruitment, head hunting senior sales and marketing professionals for the FMCG and related sectors. Ann-Marie is a certified Master NLP practitioner who trained with Paul McKenna and Tim Galwey author of the Inner Game series. She has successfully coached Senior Executives up to Board Level from around the globe, from diverse business areas and job functions.
Rosalyn Boyce is an Integrative Counsellor and Life Coach. She worked for twelve years training IT in the corporate sector, before changing course and beginning her psychology and counselling studies. Rosalyn volunteered for many years supporting victims of crime, both within the Witness Service and on the Advisory Board for Project Sapphire at New Scotland Yard. Rosalyn has a life coaching practice, compiles workshops in personal development and enjoys writing as part of her work. She is dedicated to contributing to others, passionate about human potential and her own continuous journey of personal development.
